My Dearest Betrothed

I write to you from a land far away where the people are as dark as wet soil but they are still my brethren through the lineage of our dear father Israel.  For, as you know, I am a chosen being meant to gather my Father’s children and am in need of learning exactly my Father’s will which I can accomplish within this country.

For years I learnt the practice of carpentry under my father’s instructions, just as any normal boy would learn the trade of his father.  In my eighteenth year I had a revelation given to me from my Father that I needed to seek His instruction in a land far away.  That is why I have left my beloved home and mother and father.  I have left them with my blessing assuring them that I will return.

For now I must remain north of Jerusalem so I can be with the tribes of Israel that hold records that are considered lost to our Jewish brethren.  We know and understand the lineage of Judas but I must follow the path of the other tribes to ensure they have kept adequate records of the words and teachings of my Father.  At this time I cannot tell you where I am for that is not meant to be revealed until my second coming to this blessed Earth when all the tribes of my blessed son Israel are to be gathered as one family reunited with love.

I have learned a great many characteristics of my people and my Father.  I am quickly becoming reacquainted with who He is and His purpose for His children.  I always knew in my heart that He had the best interest for this world and am pleased my knowledge of His plan for me is becoming completely clear.  I am fully ready to take on the tasks He has set forth for me.

I speak daily with my Father here, in a manner I cannot from my home there.  My brethren here have offered me the utmost comfort for as long as I need.  Currently they are teaching me of their history and relationship with God, my Father, and I am able to teach them of our brethren, the sons of Judas.  They were pleased to hear their brethren are still alive.

I look forward to our own reunion and marriage.  I promise to cherish you and love you well for time and all eternity.  You are held with a large measure of sacredness in my heart and I could never hope for a better companion for my mission.

My Father is pleased with you and your faith as well.  He listens to your prayers daily and wishes you to know His love for you and His pleasure at your decisions in life.  You are doing well.  He assures me that you will be well provided for and taken care of throughout your life.

As much as I enjoy the company of my brethren here I long for the comfort of my family and friends.  I long to teach my Jewish brethren the truths that have been set before me and I am ready to bear the burden their reaction will have, for I know what is to come.  I understand my purpose as the Son of God as much as you understand your purpose to be a wife and mother.

With a heavy heart I close this letter for I know I am a few months away from being able to return to you.  May your heart rest at peace and be blessed by God.

Your future companion,
Jesus Christ
