Steve Bromley is a London-based user researcher, with ten years of experience running research with companies such as American Express, PlayStation, Parliament and at the UK’s largest commercial publisher.
He has given guest lectures at the University of Sussex and the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, has presented at conferences including GamesUR, The Research Thing, UXBrighton and CHIPlay, and his work has featured at GDC and at the Develop conference.
This experience has taught him a bit about building research teams, which he is enthusiastic about sharing!
He has previously written the chapter on Interviewing Players for the Games User Research book, and the chapter on Measuring Social Interaction for the Multiplayer: Social Aspects of Digital Gaming book.
